• 15-20 years in relevant roles; CTO/Field CTO or Director/VP EA.
• Strategic communication: present complex tech visions to C-suite with business value.
• Modernization expertise: Enterprise Modernization, EA Methodologies, and Agentic AI.
• Technical versatility: pivot from high-level diagrams to hands-on demos.
• Technical foundation: Data Architecture, APIs, and cloud-native SaaS (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• ERP/Domain: SAP or Oracle, or domain expertise in regulated industries.
• Education: MSc in Computer Science or related IT field.
