- Experience on multi-month engagements supporting workloads (Databases, NAS, Virtualisation) with customers.
- Ability to translate concepts into actionable tasks and own responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of Rubrik products and technology.
- Public cloud concepts across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding NAS tech and file-level storage.
