🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in security; 5+ in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security.
• Experience with vulnerability management and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Strong communication; able to speak to executives and customers.
• Extensive security network; comfortable in customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, scale-up environments.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
