🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior cybersecurity leadership (CISO, VP of Security, or equivalent)
• Proven track record as a public speaker and writer; existing brand/presence
• Deep understanding of offensive security including PTaaS, red teaming, and AI/ML
• Demonstrated success with sales/marketing to build pipeline and close enterprise deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience presenting at industry events
• Willingness to travel 20-30%
