Frequently traveling to customer sites is required.
Troubleshoot issues in biochemistry, assay design, software, and instruments.
Train and support customers in technical applications and product training.
Train and support distributor networks in a timely manner.
Deliver customer training and workshops, in-person and remote.
Provide strategic feedback to marketing/product teams and lead beta tests at customer sites.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or Masters with 2+ years in NGS library construction.
Hands-on experience with cell culture and tissue handling.
Experience with NGS sequencing instruments and sample/library prep workflows.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly collaborative and adaptable; able to work within multidisciplinary teams.
