Frequently traveling to customer sites is required
Troubleshoot user skills, biochem/assay design, experiments, software, and instruments
Support commercial teams and customers with technical applications and training
Train and support distributor networks in a timely manner
Maintain professionalism and technical knowledge in customer interactions
Provide strategic feedback to marketing/product; lead beta tests at customer sites

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors in NGS library construction +4y or Masters +2y (experience may substitute)
Hands-on cell culture and tissue handling
Experience with NGS sequencing instrument and library prep workflows
Strong problem solving, motivation and communication
Experience with cell biology, microscopy, multiomics
English speaking; second language preferred
