Frequently traveling to the customer site is required
Troubleshoot issues in user skills, biochem/assay design, experiments, software, and instruments
Support commercial team and customers in technical applications; provide product training
Display professionalism, tact, fairness, and technical knowledge in customer interactions
Provide strategic/competitive feedback to marketing/product teams; lead beta tests at customer sites
Work independently on significant issues with key decision-makers; may impact future products/tech

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years, Master's with 2+ years, or PhD in NGS library construction
Hands-on experience with cell culture and tissue handling
Experience with NGS sequencing instruments and library prep workflows (preferred)
Experience with cell biology, microscopy, and multiomics
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
