🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years, Masters with 2+, or PhD in NGS library construction
- Hands-on cell culture and tissue handling
- Experience with NGS sequencing instruments and library prep workflows
- Experience with cell biology, microscopy, and multiomics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
