📋 Description

  • Build and grow our merchant network in assigned territory.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new fitness/wellness partners.
  • Lead field sales with 70-80% travel, in-person and virtual.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
  • Visit prospective merchants daily; nurture relationships.
  • Maintain pipeline and hit quotas and OKRs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years outbound field sales experience; inside sales a plus.
  • Strong full-cycle sales with focus on conversion.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and MS Office.
  • Excellent negotiation, organization and time management.
  • Local fitness/wellness industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Willing to travel 70-80% for local/regional sales.
