Impact In This RoleAs the Senior Engineering Manager, QA at Fictiv, you will play a key techno-managerial role — combining leadership, strategy, and hands-on technical expertise to shape our QA organization. You will lead a team of more than 15 quality engineers, drive an automation-first culture, and ensure seamless integration of quality in our AWS-based CI/CD pipelines. Your leadership will be central to improving reliability, performance, and security across our web applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
You will report to the Director of Engineering.
