🎯 Requirements

- Experience as Tooling Designer/Tool Maker/Tooling Engineer or Tooling PM
- Full tooling lifecycle ownership: DFM, mold design, build, tryout, PPAP, transfer
- Strong understanding of injection molding; scientific molding preferred; defect diagnosis
- Fluent English; strong written/verbal communication; customer interface
