🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years fiberglass/composite experience (mold-making, seaming, finishing)
- Expertise in painting, sanding, and high-gloss surface finishing
- Familiarity with resins, gelcoats, orbital sanders, spray guns, and air tools
- Strong independent problem-solving, patience, and attention to detail
- Flexible part-time availability with access to our Burlington, IA workshop
