🎯 Requirements
- Experience in direct sales; door-to-door a plus, not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationships.
- Must work outside in any weather environment.
- Available to work 10AM-7PM (40 hours/week).
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Valid Driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage allowance provided.
🎁 Benefits
- Signing bonus: $5,000 for targets in first 120 days.
- Base Salary: $35,000 plus uncapped commission.
- Total Target Compensation: $70,000 to $125,000.
