π― Requirements
- 2+ years in technical support/fintech, payments, or exchange ops.
- Hands-on troubleshooting with APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks, retries.
- Strong data/investigation ability; SQL/spreadsheets for reconciliations.
- Familiar with fiat payments concepts: settlement, refunds, chargebacks.
- Excellent written comms for user/partner updates and incident coordination.
