  • Support fiat products by troubleshooting deposits/withdrawals, cards, and transfers.
  • Triage and resolve fiat issues across rails, payouts, and reconciliations.
  • Own end-to-end investigations: reproduce issues, collect logs, identify root causes.
  • Manage escalations for high-severity outages; provide user/partner updates and ETAs.
  • Partner support: diagnose connectivity, settlement, and webhook issues with PSPs and banks.
  • Onboard and operate new fiat rails and country launches (tests, rollout readiness).

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical support/fintech, payments, or exchange ops.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks, retries.
  • Strong data/investigation ability; SQL/spreadsheets for reconciliations.
  • Familiar with fiat payments concepts: settlement, refunds, chargebacks.
  • Excellent written comms for user/partner updates and incident coordination.
