ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Tax Specialist, you will be playing a key role within Fever's Tax practice working closely with the Tax Manager and the rest of the team, helping with the global tax complianceandtax strategyof the Group.You will be expected to demonstrateownership and proactivity in getting things done in the tax area of aglobal high-growth business.The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Lead the pursuit of tax opportunities and tax optimization to drive the business forward
- Participate in the company's business model with a focus on transfer pricing and documentation policies
- Coordinate and review theindirect and direct tax complianceprocesses in all relevant jurisdictions
- Research and analyze specific indirect and direct taxation matters and provide tailored advice
- Identify risksand potential tax planning opportunities
- Collaboratewith third-party service providers as required
- Work with the Finance & Accounting teams to ensureadequate knowledgeandapplicationoftaxation laws
- Supportall indirect and directtax audits/ inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third-party providers and local finance teams)
- Contribute to the improvements and the solutions of tax processes
ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful in this role, you will:- At least +4 years of relevant experience in taxation gained in practice or industry, preferably working with US tax
- Bachelor or Master degree inFinance or Tax
- International experience is a plus
- Finance oriented
- ProvenUS tax knowledgeand familiar to work with other jurisdictions
- Advanced Excel level
- You are a detail-oriented and organised worker
- Befluentin written and spokenEnglish. Other languages are a plus
