- Lead cross-functional projects to improve merchandising ops (forecasting, stock, pricing, logistics)
- Assist in launching merch ops in new cities, coordinating logistics, procurement and onsite teams.
- Manage day-to-day project tracking; align stakeholders, meet deadlines, escalate blockers.
- Support forecasting models, P&Ls, pricing analyses, sales dashboards for stock, margins and demand.
- Assist redesigning and optimizing merchandising workflows; automate inventory, logistics, reporting.
- Identify inefficiencies in merchandising and operational processes; propose data-driven solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or merchandising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and data visualization experience.
- Experience in logistics, operations, retail or merchandising valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
