🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Data Analytics or related field.
1–2 years relevant experience in operations or tech.
Adapt to a fast-growing environment and drive change.
Spanish and English language skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset.
