🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; MBA/consulting a plus.
• 3–5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, ops, or M&A integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
