Incident resolution and user support via ticketing system.
Ensure day-to-day network service continuity; coordinate providers.

🎯 Requirements

More than 3 years in networking.
Experience with switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Knowledge of corporate WiFi and multi-vendor environments.
Troubleshoot issues, document procedures, and collaborate in a team.
Fluent in English.
Basic security tasks and monitoring tools knowledge.
