About the role

Fever is looking for an exceptional Mid-Weight Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail and good technical skills in artwork finalization to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in graphic design but also has management skills and the ability to lead projects, ensuring flawless execution from concept to final delivery.

• Conceptualize and develop outstanding visual identities, campaigns, and design assets aligned with brand strategies.

• Collaborate closely with senior graphic designers, strategists, and other designers to turn concepts into innovative visual solutions.

• Work with external vendors (print, digital production, etc.) to guarantee excellence in execution.

• Manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects, leading parts of the process and supporting the team as needed.

• Create and oversee artwork finalization with the technical standards, ensuring quality in every deliverable.

• Bridge strategic ideas and their execution, ensuring alignment with deadlines and project objectives.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in high-level design or branding studios.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), as well as digital prototyping software like Figma and Canva.

• Experience leading design projects from start to finish.

• Knowledge of graphic and digital production techniques, with a focus on quality and innovation.

• Ability to adapt to dynamic workflows and deliverables, ensuring efficiency within the creative team.

• Highly organized, with the ability to structure and document design processes clearly, facilitating collaboration and ensuring work continuity when needed.

• Exceptional communication skills, both visual and verbal, with clients and internal teams.

• Technical expertise in artwork finalization, including file preparation for print, digital production, and mockup development.

• Proven experience in branding, editorial design, packaging, and digital environments.

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and team members.

• Proactive attitude, with a problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt.

• Familiarity with AI design tools and image generation (Midjourney, Sora, Gemini…) and an understanding of how to integrate them into creative workflows.

• Experience with motion graphics or 3D and the ability to work effectively with specialists in these areas.

• Ability to translate strategic ideas into actionable executions, ensuring alignment with deadlines and objectives.

• Basic knowledge of internal processes, automated workflows, etc.

• Previous experience working with international clients and complex projects.
