ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly motivated
Global Manager of Accounting Processes and Internal Controlwith proven experience working in
SOX-compliant environments. This role is key to ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance of Fever’s financial reporting and control framework across the globe.As part of the global Finance team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring accounting processes and internal controls across all entities. You will report directly to the Accounting Director and collaborate with regional finance teams, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen the control environment and optimize accounting operations worldwide.Main Responsibilities
- Design, standardize, and continuously improve global accounting processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor a robust internal control framework, aligned withSOX requirementsand best practices.
- Support external and internal audits, ensuring timely responses and proper remediation of findings.
- Partner with local and global teams to harmonize practices, promote compliance, and drive operational excellence.
- Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives across ERP systems (Navision or similar experience is a plus).
- Assess risks, identify control gaps, and propose corrective measures to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects related to financial transformation, compliance, and process improvement.
ABOUT YOU - Experience working inSOX-regulated environments(mandatory).
- Knowledge ofUS GAAPis a plus but not a strict requirement.
- Fluent in English (professional working proficiency). Spanish or other languages are a plus.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a Big Four firm plus at least 1 year in a managerial or internal control-related role.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to implement scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (Navision or similar).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
