📋 Description

• Create and lead a regional team to develop, launch and manage events end-to-end.
• Own the region's P&L and drive growth with Fever leadership.
• Build local industry connections and represent Fever in your cities.
• Define regional strategy to grow the business and scale events.

🎯 Requirements

• Project management/startup/consulting background (7+ years).
• MBA from top-tier school preferred.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with large team management.
• Experience managing complex projects; coordinate and audit teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence at all levels.
