🎯 Requirements
- 21+
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and emergencies
- Agricultural or green industry experience; degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and hydroponic solution formulation
