Ensure irrigation and nutrient feeding requirements are followed at the facility.
Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems and components.
Develop nutrient programs with Cultivation Manager to meet strain needs.
Maintain inventory of chemicals and fertilizers on site.
Work with cultivation team to implement irrigation plans and schedules.
Provide leadership and training to fertigation team and SOP adherence.

🎯 Requirements

One year of supervisory experience.
One year of cannabis cultivation in a regulated facility.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills; train staff and address personnel concerns.
Willingness to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays.
