- Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities and process orders
- Promptly respond to internal and external inquiries
- Suggest pricing and payment options balancing customer needs and policies
- Serve as liaison between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint outside Sales Executives
- Develop and retain product/industry knowledge and vendor resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with GuidePoint key Vendors and Customers
- Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy
- Leverage resources and relationships to bring value to customers
- Liaise with outside Account Executives, Accounting and Contracts to process orders
- Work with the team to analyze information and make decisions that benefit GuidePoint Security
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Work closely with other GuidePoint teams to streamline processes and deliver to customers
π― Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or equivalent preferred
- CRM software experience required; Salesforce.com preferred
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication; team oriented
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation
