  • Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities and process orders
  • Promptly respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Suggest pricing and payment options balancing customer needs and policies
  • Serve as liaison between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint outside Sales Executives
  • Develop and retain product/industry knowledge and vendor resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with GuidePoint key Vendors and Customers
  • Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Leverage resources and relationships to bring value to customers
  • Liaise with outside Account Executives, Accounting and Contracts to process orders
  • Work with the team to analyze information and make decisions that benefit GuidePoint Security
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Work closely with other GuidePoint teams to streamline processes and deliver to customers

🎯 Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree or equivalent preferred
  • CRM software experience required; Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; team oriented
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation
