Influence cross-organizational strategies to achieve program goals.
Deep knowledge of government contract regs, information security, and compliance.
Lead bid and proposal processes and support contract review.
Travel up to 25% as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
Bachelor's degree in technical/business field or STEM; MBA acceptable.
6+ years in federal capture management, BD, proposals, or related roles.
Experience with FAR/DFARS and contracting vehicles.
Experience leading small/medium capture efforts and winning US Public Sector contracts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analysis.
