  • Account stewardship across NESDIS / NOAA / NASA; ensure disciplined account management.
  • Maintain executive visibility and on-time, compliant submissions for growth.
  • Maintain continuity across civil programs; track budgets and recompete timelines.
  • Lead proposal coordination: calendars, inputs, pricing, legal and leadership inputs.
  • Support internal/external briefing materials and coordinate tech reviews as needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans; support executive relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in federal account management, BD support, or proposal coordination.
  • Strong written and organizational skills; detail-oriented; deadline-driven.
  • Experience coordinating multi-functional proposal teams and partner relationships.
  • Comfortable interacting with government stakeholders; executive relationship management.
  • Working knowledge of FAR and federal acquisition processes preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene.
