📋 Description

  • Territory Ownership & Strategy: Plan to penetrate and expand in Federal Civilian Agencies.
  • Full-Lifecycle Enterprise Selling: Lead complex procurement cycles across multiple stakeholders.
  • Consultative Discovery & Position: Run deep discovery with public sector teams to surface gaps.
  • Ecosystem Alliance Mobilization: Co-sell with FSIs, contractors, and distributors.
  • Operational Forecast Rigor: Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Lead Sales Engineering, inside sales, legal, CSM teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Federal Civilian Agency sales experience with complex procurements.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement and contract vehicles (SEWP, GSA, CHESS, SMARTBUY).
  • End-to-end sales cycle management with net-new ACV growth.
  • Strong relationships with civilian agency executives.
  • CRM and pipeline management experience (Salesforce).
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Federal Channels, Legal, CS.
