Participate in BSA/AML and OFAC risk assessments.
Develop, update, and maintain FCC policies across Anchorage entities.
Support BSA/AML model enhancements: monitoring, analytics, screening, risk rating.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Model Risk on compliance tools.
Gather data for comprehensive risk assessments and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in data analytics, compliance, or risk management.
Strong knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and money-laundering typologies.
Understanding of OFAC regulations and global sanctions.
Analytical with large datasets and attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
ACAMS or similar credential is a bonus.
