  • Protect business and customers from financial crime; support the Group FCC function.
  • Manage financial crime risk escalations (EDD, sanctions, screening, PEP) and cross-border alignment.

  • Conduct ad hoc investigations of red flags raised by 1LOD; provide recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years of AML/KYC/financial crime experience in fintech or payments.
  • Solid understanding of EU AML/CFT directives AMLD5/6 and Lithuanian regulations.
  • Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems and KYC/KYB platforms.
  • Experience with sanctions screening tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and thrive in a matrix/global team.
