🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 5-7 years in manufacturing/production with leadership or supervisory roles; substation experience preferred.
- Lean/Six Sigma/TOC and other process-improvement experience.
- ERP/MRP systems experience and data analytics knowledge.
- Project management experience and strong cross-functional leadership.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, CPIM (preferred).
