About Fastly

Fastly is a real-time edge cloud platform helping customers deliver fast, secure, and scalable digital experiences. We are hiring a Territory Account Executive to drive growth across Europe with a remote-first setup.

Role

Territory Account Executive – based Berlin (remote across Europe). You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure, qualify opportunities, and build long-term strategic relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in assigned European territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiations and close.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer needs and map Fastly solutions to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Marketing to build compelling propositions.
  • Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline in CRM; achieve quarterly / annual quota.
  • Represent Fastly at events, webinars, and customer meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS/Cloud/CDN or enterprise software sales experience, preferably in Europe.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and operate in a remote-first environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Total on-target earnings are around $109,093 with a 50/50 base/variable pay split. Fastly offers a remote-friendly culture and comprehensive benefits designed to support your success and growth.

Location

Remote in Europe; role based in Europe with recognized posting for Berlin as the base location.
