Senior Security Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary security point of contact for strategic enterprise customers.
• Build relationships with customer security, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Provide tailored security recommendations aligned to customer infrastructure.
• Advocate for customer needs with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex security issues.
• Design and deliver security workshops and enablement sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, SE, PS) for enterprise.
• Strong expertise in application and web security (WAFs, DDoS, API security).
• Solid understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, BGP, and modern architectures.
• Proven ability to move from reactive support to proactive security guidance.
• Trusted advisor mindset with customer empathy and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with scripting/automation (Python, Go) to improve workflows.
