📋 Description

• Coordinate SOX 404 internal controls testing.
• Plan SOX audits, gather PBC items, walkthroughs.
• Test operating effectiveness of controls across processes.
• Map control environment to the COSO framework.
• Maintain the GRC SOX module and access controls.
• Assist with SOC report reviews and deficiency tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• SOX 404, SEC Reporting, US GAAP knowledge
• Self-motivated, proactive, quick learner
• Works well independently and in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly detail oriented with accuracy
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite
