Fastly is a leading-edge cloud platform that helps developers and businesses deliver fast, secure, and scalable digital experiences. We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid work environment.

Role Overview

As a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst, you will own the accounts payable process end-to-end, ensure timely invoice processing, support month-end close, and maintain strong vendor relationships. This role is based in a hybrid environment with locations in Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

Process and code vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, including 3-way matching.
Approve invoices in accordance with internal controls and company policies.
Maintain vendor master data and respond to vendor inquiries.
Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger and support month-end close activities.
Assist with audits, internal controls improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and ERP teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of Accounts Payable or related experience.
Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliation, and month-end close.
Experience with ERP systems and vendor management.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Location

Hybrid role based in Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA.
