Field Marketing Manager - North America Central Region

Fastly is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the North America Central Region. This remote-facing role will drive field marketing strategy and programs to generate demand and accelerate the sales pipeline in the NA Central market. You will partner with sales, partner marketing, product marketing, and regional teams to plan and execute campaigns, events, webinars, and field activities that win customers and expand Fastly’s footprint.

About the role

This role is designed for a data-driven marketer who can blend strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will own regional field marketing programs, manage budgets, and collaborate across functions to ensure messaging and assets resonate with target accounts. You will also contribute to the broader field and demand-generation strategy and continuously measure program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field marketing programs targeting the NA Central region to generate demand and enable the sales team.
  • Plan and manage regional events, webinars, conferences, and field activities to drive pipeline.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, and sales to create region-specific messaging, assets, and ABM campaigns.
  • Coordinate with partner marketing and ecosystem initiatives to expand reach and impact.
  • Track, analyze, and report on program performance, budget, and ROI; optimize programs based on data.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of field marketing or B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving demand and pipeline.
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote-first environment and manage multiple programs concurrently.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
