Fastly is seeking a motivated Accountant to join our Finance team in San Francisco, CA. This hybrid role supports general ledger activities, month-end close, and financial reporting in a fast-paced technology company.
What You'll Do
- Maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support month-end close processes and contribute to internal financial reporting.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and controls.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2+ years of accounting experience; experience in a tech company is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel; ability to work in a hybrid environment.
