Join weekly calls with customers to report metrics and review onboarding needs.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in A2P products with A2P compliance experience
Rotational shifts: 8:00am-5:00pm Bogota time
Direct client experience; strong verbal and written communication
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Gemini) and reporting tools
Experience implementing A2P number types; CTIA guidelines knowledge
Prioritize tasks, multi-task, lead calls; cross-functional
