Provide proactive strategic advice on managing legal risks in external environment
Advise on APAC regulatory framework including payments and consumer law
Track, assess, and implement existing and new regulatory requirements
Identify regulatory risks and enforcement trends and mitigate them
Develop strategies and engage with APAC regulators
Oversee APAC payments matters, including contracts with processors

🎯 Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE
Experience in digital regulation and/or payments
Top-tier law firm training and in-house exposure
Ability to translate international regulation into practical advice
Strong drafting, communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English; Mandarin appreciated but not required
