Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best-connected office neighbourhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. The office is open with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax, work in private, or have a large collaborative meeting.
THE ROLE
You'll support our team of Private Client Stylists as they develop relationships with our most valuable clients. You'll develop a unique skillset as you promote client loyalty through a variety of selling activities, you'll assist with client inquiries and product searches to provide a seamless, luxury shopping experience for our private clients. We're looking for someone with customer service skills of the luxury fashion market who is motivated to achieve targets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO You will support the Senior Stylists and Stylists with all operational and tasks surrounding sales and client relations, also partnering with the Customer Service team to resolve Private Client issuesYou will assist the Private Client team with external client communication including sales order support, logistics support, after sales service, and designing and organizing editorial content and styling guidanceYou will manage follow up from events and promotions, aiming to engage and build loyaltyYou will assist the Private Client team with internal communication including communication with partner services, account management, operations and logistics teamsYou will support client engagement activities, to build our customer loyalty e.g. events, styling appointments, shopping experiencesYou will at times attend brand events to aid business development and act as a FARFETCH brand ambassadorYou will prepare weekly styling edits as part of department client correspondenceThis role will also be responsible for providing dedicated support to a small group of our senior most stylists. This includes the following support on behalf of the stylist: order tracking, personalized edits, after sales support and follow up, sourcing requests, and other administrative responsibilities. WHO YOU ARE You have experience in retail sales or customer service (ideally luxury fashion), with experience exceeding sales targets, with a motivated attitudeYou have advanced Excel skills to assist with data entry and reportingYou have deep knowledge of current fashion trends, designers and products, and a passion for styling.You enjoy suggesting ideas to improve the customer experience and sales activityYou have excellent written and verbal communicationYou enjoy collaborating and working with othersYou have computer literacy and an understanding of the digital world NYC WAGE TRANSPARENCY LAW The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be around $55,000 - $59,000 USD year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
