THE ROLE

Reporting to the Partner Data Manager, you will be responsible for Reporting and data analysis to support the global structure of Partner Support and Success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll create dashboards and reports, adding analytical quality and experience;

You'll help create new metrics / datapoints to evolve the way we look to all Order & Service performance;

You'll monitor and control performance metrics, working with the team management to anticipate potential impacts and risks, monitoring any target deviations;

You'll perform root-cause analysis to support business and workforce needs;

You’ll explore and develop new models and data-driven solutions that improve process and data sharing automations.

WHO YOU ARE

You're experienced in Data Analysis in a multi-channel service environment;

You have experience in data visualization tools - Tableau and Looker;

You're comfortable with SQL and Python;

You're keen on documenting your work;

You're able to tell a story and have your presentation work only as a support.
