About the RoleWe are looking for an HR Systems & Analytics Specialist to join our HR Operations team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, optimization, and support of our core HR systems as well as providing actionable people data insights through reporting and analytics. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our systems infrastructure and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do

HR Systems Management

  • Serve as the point of contact for core HRIS platforms
  • Develop and implement system improvements to streamline HR processes
  • Partner with the Systems team to configure, test, and deploy new features or system changes
  • Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot system issues
  • Maintain system data integrity and monitor compliance with data standards
  • Support system-related projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and FAQs for system functionalities

People Data & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, performance, etc.)
  • Support ad-hoc data requests from HR and business stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of people data and reporting
  • Translate data into insights and recommendations that inform decision-making

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics and HR systems
  • Strong Excel & Analytical skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English
