Design and implement features in a large-scale web app with reliability and security
Write clean, secure, well-tested code and document it
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to meet user needs
Work across the stack to deliver scalable, performant, tested solutions
Coach engineers on quality standards and best practices
Write automated tests and participate in code reviews

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years with Python, Django, and JS/HTML/CSS
Strong understanding of SOLID design principles
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with large-scale production codebases
Understanding Agile principles or similar methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication
