About the Role

As a Business Analyst Level 2 on the Global Business Intelligence team, you’ll be a key contributor to analytics initiatives that support teams primarily across the client buying journey spanning Lead/Demand Generation, Marketing, Commercial, Strategy and Insights, and Operations.

In this global role, you’ll support BI stakeholders in key markets across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC, owning the delivery of marketing analytics tasks end-to-end — from gathering business requirements to conducting analysis and building impactful dashboards across the marketing funnel. You’ll work primarily within the scope of the BI team to deliver insights that inform business decisions. You’ll also help build and optimize data models, track key performance metrics, champion data quality, and contribute to democratizing data access through self-service reporting. This role reports to the Team Lead, Business Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards that track funnel performance from Prospects, Leads, and Marketing Qualified Leads through to Sales Qualified Leads, Opportunities, and Closed Revenue, ensuring data consistency and visibility.
  • Partner with Lead Generation and Sales teams to analyze and optimize the entire client acquisition funnel, delivering actionable insights on conversion efficiency and pipeline health.
  • Establish a standardized reporting cadence to monitor funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, including attribution, ROI, and cohort analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, and support end‑to‑end campaign measurement across paid, owned, and partner channels.
  • Support the full lifecycle of data and insights delivery (from ETL to analysis and reporting), ensuring accuracy and driving continuous improvement in reports, metrics, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with peers in adjacent domains (e.g., Data Engineering, Lead/Demand Generation, Client Operations) to anticipate data needs.
  • Support data governance by implementing automated data quality checks, maintaining metric definitions, and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity across reporting and ensure cross-system alignment (CRM, BI, etc.).
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis from scoping to implementation, applying suitable internal and external methodologies to uncover actionable insights, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses and data extractions to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Support self-service analytics initiatives by working to increase data access and streamline workflows. Proactively educate and upskill users to improve adoption and impact of analytics solutions.
  • Contribute to BI community initiatives such as training sessions, onboarding, and best-practice sharing to elevate analytics excellence across FareHarbor.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a B2B software or tech environment supporting demand/lead generation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related business/quantitative field.
  • Proficient in SQL with demonstrated experience transforming raw data into business performance metrics. Python or statistical modeling experience is a strong plus.
  • Solid experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), with strong data visualization and storytelling skills to influence decisions.
  • Proficient in using DBT to manage data workflows; experience with GitLab is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms).
  • Experience with lead scoring, attribution modeling, or campaign performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to define metrics, gather requirements, and deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, dynamic, high energy environment.
