📋 Description

  • Retain and grow clients by building trusted relationships.
  • Proactively manage churn risks and resolve escalations for high-value accounts.
  • Act as a consultative partner, driving adoption of FareHarbor’s solutions.
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities aligned with client needs.
  • Coordinate key client initiatives with Support, Product, and stakeholders.
  • Advocate for clients internally, influencing feature development.

🎯 Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the European Union.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • 2+ years in account management, B2B SaaS, or travel tech.
  • Strong relationship management; retain and grow accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a consultative mindset.
  • Ability to manage risk and retention, including handling escalations.
