Workforce Forecasting & Capacity Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategic forecasting and capacity planning across business units.
• Build and maintain capacity models aligning staffing with demand and budgets.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, and Product to align workforce plans.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using statistical modeling.
• Lead a team of analysts and forecasters, fostering accountability and growth.
• Present insights to senior leadership and translate data into actionable strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years in workforce management, forecasting, and capacity planning; 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Expertise with WFM platforms (NICE, Verint, Genesys) and Excel/SQL/Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of forecasting techniques, resource planning, and performance metrics.
