Workforce Forecasting & Capacity Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Lead forecasting and capacity planning to optimize staffing.
• Build short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts via modeling.
• Create capacity models aligned to goals and budgets.
• Partner with Finance, Ops, HR, Product to align staffing.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of analysts and forecasters.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years in workforce management, forecasting, capacity planning; 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading data-driven teams (contact center, shared services).
• WFM platforms: NICE, Verint, Genesys; Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence at all levels.
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques, capacity planning metrics, and KPIs.
