- Resolve customer issues in relation to fraud and risk matters.
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned by team leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years fraud experience in daily fantasy sports or online gaming.
- Digital payments and e-commerce knowledge.
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of fraud prevention strategies and systems.
- Understanding of payment channels: Check, ACH, Wire, Debit/Credit, PayPal.
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
