Ensure services align with CalAIM requirements.
Manage program operations, staff supervision, and budget administration.
Lead program planning and provide staff training to ensure roles are understood.
Collaborate with FRC Leadership to coordinate interdepartmental services.
Oversee diaper bank and basic needs supplies distribution.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, or 5 years equivalent experience.
2+ years in program management, admin, and staff supervision in community services.
Strong child development and family systems knowledge.
Experience facilitating support groups and adult education workshops.
Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking for trainings and stakeholders.
Experience serving families facing homelessness and child welfare involvement.
