📋 Description

• Provide skills-based sessions to caregivers in treatment at Equip.
• Implement motivational strategies to engage caregivers and monitor adherence.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team huddles to support progress.
• Actively listen and guide caregivers to cope ahead and anticipate challenges.
• Maintain an availability calendar for caregiver scheduling.
• Conduct proactive outreach to ensure full engagement with the care plan.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience with families in healthcare (coaching, case mgmt, mentorship).
• Lived experience with a loved one in recovery from an eating disorder.
• Ability to connect with diverse people with varying lived experiences.
• Ability to guide patients and families to achieve treatment goals.
• Passion for evidence-based care and ability to learn coaching skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication to build professional relationships.
